Dr. Sherman has been my therapist for about a year and in that time I have made more progress with her than any other therapist on my mental health journey. I look forward to our sessions because I don’t feel judged by her- I feel heard and validated in my feelings and she has created a space where I feel safe to be vulnerable. 10/10 would recommend.
