Hello, life is beautiful!! I know we may not always feel that way and if you need help to feel that way again, let me help you. I have over 20 years experience in helping people reach their goals in life. I am compassionate, positive, and love helping people see how amazing they are. We all have minds that help us, but often get in the way of our ability to see and create the joy in life that we seek. I love helping people understand their competencies, self-worth and strengths and how they can use these to achieve there goals in a lasting way. I take great joy in seeing clients who have partnered with me in the growth process, years after counseling, who have had lasting changes that have increased throughout the years. I want you to be one of those people. I have worked with people of all ages. I have been trained as an expert in addictions , depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress, relationship issues, religious issues, and grief and loss while working for the State of California. I have worked with mild, moderate and severe mental health challenges, including over five years working with in patient hospitalization. I have been highly effective in a private practice and I know how to treat client's who need short term or long term therapy that can take years with very good outcomes. I use a Client Centered approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and ACT-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness training.

Grant is spot on. I've been in counseling before and I'm not sure what I was expecting when I chose to reach out through better health, but he exceeded any expectations I may have had. It felt like he knew me right away, and I felt very comfortable from day one. I felt every session met my exact needs with no wasted time! I highly recommend Grant !
I really feel supported and help by my sessions with this counselor. He is able to really listen discerningly and to extract the specific issues I am dealing with while he's listening to me. Then he gives guidance on how to work on those particular issues during the week in between sessions. I've made progress and I attribute it to his approach to counseling.
Grant is a very calm, understanding person who offers great tools to deal with problems. He has changed my life, and I am so grateful I had the courage to use Better Help online.
He's great and understands my background
I find Grant to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, empathetic and a very pragmatic but inspirational guide. I appreciate his clear passion for his job which translates into a very supportive and reassuring presence and dialogue that always leaves me with food for thought, a better understanding of myself and my behaviour. He provides actionable support with clear targets but balances that with a focus on the bigger journey. Most of all, he provides positive reinforcement that is clearly grounded in expertise that is of immense help for me to continue along a journey for which I must take on responsibility for myself but which I now realise need not be undertaken alone and can hold as much as joy and learning as it does difficult and painful moments. I couldn't recommend Grant more highly for those who are seeking genuine, professional expertise with inspirational empathy that focuses on real, actionable help.
It’s a pleasure working with Grant!
He is a great listener, very empathic, and offers solid life advice.
I look forward to our weekly sessions and would highly recommend him to everyone trying to move forward and make strides in life.
After gathering all my confidence into one place where I took the leap into speaking about my concerns. I was able to open up more freely and better share the hard to speak of things. Mr. Grover was able to show me some of my strengths in the midst of all my confusion in the very first session. I was able to take notes from this session where I am able to go back in my thoughts and realize the simple techniques for separating myself from my reoccurring thoughts of self destruct. I commend Betterhelp for the staff they provide their customers with and I highly recommend Grant Grover. It can be one conversation that starts the mind opening awareness you can rely on.
I thank God daily for matching me with Grant. He offers a wholistic approach to my issues and helps me to identify areas of improvement or reflection that I simply couldn't do by myself. He is responsive, friendly, easy to talk to and is very intuitive at knowing what is helpful across so many different situations including mental, physical and spiritual support. I think that I would like to continue using his services for the rest of my life whenever it's needed. I genuinely feel safe in exploring my own problems and traumas for the first time in my life. I cannot recommend him high enough
He has a kind and gentle way about him. He listens and hears what I say and feel. He is not preachy, doesn’t lecture and makes it clear he is not judge mental. He appreciates honesty. When one has issues” , it is hard, emotional work so when our sessions are done I am emotionally exhausted but it is worth it b/c I have lots to process until the next session. I unequivocally highly recommend him.
I have only had one session with Grant but in that short time he was able to make me feel comfortable and able to share things that no one else even knows.
Grant has been very helpful for me
As well as insightful
Grant Grover has given me valuable guidance in the most respectful manner. He delivers it in a comforting tone and reassures me of success.
