About me

Hello, my name is Dr. Gregory Dillon, LPC-S, and I look forward to meeting you. We all will face obstacles in life, but I believe meaningful change begins when we challenge the perspectives that shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. My approach to counseling goes beyond simply "thinking outside the box." I encourage people to question the very frameworks, assumptions, and stigmas that may be limiting their growth, healing, and ability to live authentically.

With more than 16 years of experience in clinical counseling, higher education, public service, and leadership, I bring both professional expertise and genuine compassion to the therapeutic process. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate trauma, relationships, life transitions, emotional challenges, and questions of identity while creating a space grounded in reflection, accountability, acceptance, and meaningful change.

Whether through counseling, teaching, or advocacy, I remain committed to challenging outdated narratives, reducing stigma, and helping people build lives that reflect their values. My goal is to help you develop greater clarity, resilience, and the confidence to move toward a more authentic and purposeful life.
