I really wish that I could have met her years ago. She is my very first therapist and I am so grateful. She is easy to talk to and I feel she understands what I am going through and what I need. I highly recommend her.

I have been working with Haley for a few months now, and it has been an amazing experience. From our first session I felt like she was a safe person for me to be able to let everything out. She is very kind and a great listener, and always send me resources and workbooks to help me with managing my ADHD. I feel very lucky for the relationship that we have created, I have had a very bad experience with a therapist in the past, so sometimes it’s hard for me to open up, but it never has been with her!
