About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with over ten years of counseling experience. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I also believe that achieving a higher state of mindfulness can help every person live in the moment.

My goal is to help my clients life an authentic life where they can have healthy relationships, healthy workplaces, and be present in their lives. I enjoy developing a strong working relationship with my clients. I never judge my clients, and will only present myself with an unconditional positive regard for you.

It's only through introspection that we find our true selves. It's only through examining our choices, our thoughts, our behaviors, and our pasts, that we are able to make sense of our future. Hannah made a point of getting to know me a little before we talked about issues that were on my mind. It was easy to open up to her after that.
