Hannah Krodel, LMHC
About me
Hi, I’m Hannah (Grae) Krodel. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) in Indiana. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be fully yourself, without having to perform or have everything figured out first.
I’ve worked with people in many settings, from intensive outpatient programs to hospital and community mental health care. I bring that experience into a warm, collaborative, nonjudgmental approach. Together we’ll look at what’s weighing on you, make sense of the patterns that keep you stuck, and build tools that fit your actual life.
Art therapy is central to how I work, but you don’t need to be “artistic” to benefit. Sometimes things are hard to put into words, and a simple doodle, collage, or color can open up what talking alone can’t reach. We’ll only use creative work if it feels right to you, and talk therapy is always welcome too.
I’m especially glad to support people who are navigating burnout, stress and anxiety, life transitions, creative blocks, or the sense of not quite fitting the mold.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with curiosity rather than judgment, I’d love to hear from you.
