Deciding to engage in therapy can be overwhelming. Finding a therapist whose personality and style is a quintessential component in the therapeutic alliance. Ive already recommended both betterhelp and Harriette to others!
I have been in the program for 2 weeks & Harriette is a fantastic therapist.
It was first session and she was awesome. Looking forward to my next visit when I introduce my husband. Can’t wait to get some feedback on uncertain situations
So far I’ve had one appointment with her and I really enjoy talking to her. She listens to me and gives me quick and thorough responses. I look forward to my next chat with her!

She listens and offers ways to cope and get through situations that are of concern. Really appreciate her help.
She's a great listener, doesn't interrupt you whole you're sharing. She cares and doesn't judge you. She also offers tools to help with what you are dealing with.
She is amazing
I've referred three people, two of which have signed up for Betterhelp now. We love this platform!
Harriette has become an essential person in my life. I truly believe she remembers everything I tell her and cares deeply about my mental health and well-being. My life has improved knowing I have her to talk to.
Harriette has an amazing energy. She has made me feel extremely comfortable and safe. First sessions for me are usually not the most comfortable and Harriette flipped that right on its head. Making me feel som comfortable to open up and be vulnerable right off the bat.
Im grateful I got matched with someone who really listened to my specific situation and who immediately responded acknowledging my situation and working together to find a way forward.
Harriette Wade created a safe space for me to feel comfortable to open up and talk about what I've been through. I trust her expertise and am looking forward to many more sessions with her.
Harriette Is very knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. She understands me and helps me to understand myself. She keeps track and helps me to reach my goals. I am very appreciative of her time and expertise.
Harriette is a kind and understanding therapist who provides salient advice and thoughtful questions. As a trans person, it can sometimes be scary to talk to new people; however, Harriette created a safe and open environment free of judgement. Highly recommend.
Ms. Wade was very professional, knowledgeable and attention to details were superb. Ms. Wade understood my situation and provided me with the tools to help me grow in this process. Ms. Wade was the perfect match.
She has great energy and she’s fun to talk to
Harriette has been the light through some dark woods. I have been through a couple other therapist before I found her. I felt like a number or just another appointment for previous therapist the experience was not genuine and it seemed very textbook like. Harriette's unique approach on therapy is genuine and truly personalized per person. She listens to understand and not to reply. She has given me hope that times when I haven't felt there was none for me. I would recommend her and her approach on mental health. With 20 years of wisdom in this industry should somebody grateful to have on your side. Definitely has given me hope!
I knew within minutes of our first meeting Harriette was the perfect match for me. She lets me speak and guides me in finding my own answers. Her warmth and empathy are felt even via video calls. I appreciate the tools Harriette gives me so I can continue the work between our scheduled sessions. I am so grateful for Harriette and look forward to working with her more!
Harriette is kind and understanding. She makes you feel heard and feel comfortable. She gave me feedback and things to work on. I appreciate the knowledge she shared. Thank you Harriette for listening and for the help on my journey to be the best version of myself!
Harriette is truly a godsend to my life. I was so nervous to start therapy for years and once my life hit rock bottom, betterhelp was my only solution. Being paired w Harriette has given me tools and someone to talk to, to become the woman I want to be. Cannot wait to see where we are at in 6 months. Thank you H! A GEM!
I am a first time member of any type of adult counseling/therapy program and I didn't know what to expect. I booked a session with Harriette and I felt I had a better understanding of the program. It felt good to vocalize my inner feelings and accept my current being.
Harriette displays excellent listening skills and is extremely personable. In addition, she is very knowledgeable and her experience is evident from the word go. She listens and tailors her advice and knowledge to your situation in a very perceptive and kind way. She doesn’t recite a textbook to you, she uses her knowledge to communicate with you in a very non-judgmental manner and her understanding of my unique and non-conventional lifestyle is very helpful.
