I couldn't have asked for a better therapist
in Dr. Harry.

I was stressed with work and consequently, everything else in my life and decided the only way to change this was to see a therapist. This was my first time speaking to anyone and obviously, feeling the way I felt, was not looking forward to it.

Dr. Henshaw gave me the tools and skills to get rid of the stress/anxiety I was feeling and now my life has done a complete 180° turn, compared to how I was just a few months ago.

He's straight talking, holds you accountable to yourself and able to listen and understand what you're saying and what you're going through.

Dr. Henshaw has empowered me to be better to myself. This has led to a more healthier lifestyle and better relationships with my wife, children and coworkers.

I was struggling with stress and depression on a daily basis. I was going through a hard time of my life. Dr. Henshaw has been my lifeline to hold on to. He listened and gave me the necessary tools and skills to successfully overcome my problems. As a person and therapist he is compassionate and understanding. I felt in a safe space when talking to him. I felt certain in his capability to help me. I would gladly recommend him to a friend or continue therapy with him if the need arises.
