Holly Ambrose is the exact therapist I need at this time in my life. She listens to me, she talks with me, and she suggests ways to get through current emotional pain as well as steps to take to move forward and not dwell so much on past hurt. I feel better after every session.

Holly and I only recently started working together but she is amazing. She listened and heard me when I told her what I needed, and she has been very focused on addressing those things as well as offering helpful perspective on related issues. She is honest and genuine. It is hard to find genuine people and when I do I try to keep them close. I think Holly and I will have a very successful and meaningful journey together, and I feel like she is well equipped to help me become a better version of myself.
