Hope has been incredibly helpful and supportive in my mental health endeavors. Since we've been paired together, my sessions with her have kept me stable during several points of job, family, and relationship stress. With her support, I even quit a toxic job and achieved my years-long hope and dream of owning my own business. I can't thank her enough.

Hope has an incredible ability to hear and understand beyond just the words you speak. She is wonderful at connecting thoughts and ideas and meeting you where you are at on your effort level in your own mental health journey. If you have a 10/100 energy level, she'll adjust the conversation accordingly and support and validate you every step of the way. And on those 90+/100 days she celebrates with you, and no win is too small to appreciate. Big picture and in the moment, she's your devoted friend in the good and the bad and all the messy in-between.

Hope is so positive and such a good listener. Within my first session, she diagnosed me and sent me resources that have been extremely helpful. I have noticed an improvement in the way I communicate and how I deal with my anxieties. Thank you, Hope!
