Ibi Jessica Jeremiah, LCSW
About me
My name is Jessica Jeremiah, LCSW, and I’m happy you landed here. As a Black, queer, polyamorous mom and creative, I bring my full self into every session. I’m here for the most at-risk populations, and my approach to therapy is rooted in love, authenticity, and a deep understanding of how the world can challenge us. I stand strong in my values and life experiences, knowing that they inform my approach to healing.
I specialize in working with creatives, BIPOC, and those navigating anxiety and depression, conditions I’ve personally worked through and continue to grow from. I use a blend of clinical modalities alongside somatic techniques and sound bowl healing to support clients in the most practical and holistic ways. My work is culturally grounded, modern, and deeply human. I will meet you where you’re at.
In addition to individual therapy, I offer couples, family, and group therapy. My professional background spans maternal and child health, homeless youth and families, TBI, HIV, and community mental health, giving me a deeply rooted understanding of what it means to navigate complex systems and real-life challenges.
When I’m not in the therapy space, you’ll find me being a loving mom, playing flag football, creating beautiful things, or simply being a great friend. I’m all about staying grounded in my lived experience, and I believe this connection allows me to authentically meet you on your journey.
