Ida Terry has had a huge impact on my way of thinking, she has been able to teach me ways to keep calm and reflect in situations where I normally become very emotional. I highly recommend her to everyone. She's always able to put a smile on my face and to open my heart to the healing I deserve.

Ida is a wonderful therapist. Not only is she professional and highly competent, but she is also a great listener and always seems to know just what to say. Ida has shown me many helpful techniques to deal with my anxiety, face any obstacles that come my way and plan for a better, healthier future. In short, she has helped (and is still helping) me to grow as a person and to align my actions with my values, for which I am truly grateful.

Ida has been extremely helpful.
Her listening, communication skills have all helped get me going in the right direction. Only positive things to say about BetterHelp and my experience with Ida. She has been great at session to session improvements and has me started feeling better which I didn’t think would happen. Definitely worth it if you are questioning it. Especially if your lucky enough to get Ida
