Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Ikesha Brown. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Ikesha has been very helpful in confirming how I feel, or what I believe is right or wrong in my relationship, but she does that by also challenging me to make sure I’ve done what I should be doing, that I’m making the effort to right the ship, which makes me feel more secure in the decisions I’ve made, and that I am making.

I am always so anxious and uncomfortable right before therapy. This is the first time I am investing time into my mental well-being and its scary. However, Ikesha ALWAYS makes me feel she is really truly listening and thinking of questions/ways to help me thru my issues. At the end of every session I am always so happy that I opened up to her and she gives me practical advice on how to move forward and change my habits or ways of thinking to be a better/happier person.

I can't thank you enough :-)

She is a great listener and responds via message very quickly. She knew my culture played a huge part in how my situation started and why I am in my current situation,
and she quickly familiarized herself with some basic culture information to better understand me.
