I have never felt closer or more comfortable to a therapist in my life that I have with Ila. She is so compassionate and we were such an amazing fit together. I will miss her, but will definitely stay in touch with her. She is so very special and such a blessing.

Incredibly thankful such a wonderful, attentive person chose this line of work. I manage a lot of serious anxiety and have pretty rough adhd and needed a solid place to start after losing my insurance due to divorce. I found Ila and from day one we got back to work on a lot of big changes and perspectives. The mixture of information, conversation and genuine care I have received has been life changing. I just needed an ear and received so much more and could not be more thankful.

I have been working with Ila for several weeks right now, but from our first meeting I feel that she understood the root of what I was going through. I have seen other therapists before and no one has asked me such insightful questions that made me feel like I was understood. With her help we are slowly beginning to take a part the things I am struggling with and making them more manageable.

I been working with Ila since 2019. She's sooo wonderful I've stuck to her practice no matter where she goes. She's highly recommended.

Ila is a beautiful soul, she is respectful, supportive and has already helped me a lot in a short period of time. You can tell she has experience as a therapist and knows how to pinpoint your current struggle and how to go from there.
