I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I have been working in the mental health field since 1993. I have worked with different populations and settings. I obtained my bachelor's degree from The University of Miami and my masters degree from Barry University. My approach is eclectic, using cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, client centered therapy, solution focused therapy, rational emotive therapy etc.,
I believe that I can help clients meet their needs and improve quality of life. My purpose is to empower clients so that they can live a happy life. It takes courage to seek help but it's worth it.
