Isatu is always understating and supportive when I talk with her. She helps me gain perspective and refocuses me on my goals by helping find ways to reinforce better habits. She makes me feel comfortable and safe when I talk with her. I also love that she checks in on me even when I don’t have an appointment scheduled or we just talked recently. Extremely happy that she is the therapist I got paired with through BetterHelp.

I haven’t been paired with Isatu long, but she is always thorough with her responses and explanations. From day one she has been incredibly helpful with sifting through my mental/emotional struggles and providing relevant suggestions for strategizing. I look forward to continuing to learn more about my thought process with Isatu.

Isatu is compassionate, persistent, wise, and practical. I have written down many of her insights and have re-read them over and over again. She has advocated for me and has helped me find my voice. I hear from her most days--usually through her outreach. Her gentle guidance has helped me navigate through a very challenging situation with grace.
