I am a seasoned counselor focused on achieving CONCRETE GOALS that we establish together at the beginning of the therapy process. I frequently assess whether you have been making signifficant progress. If not, we work together on applying alternative methods in order to get where you want and need to be.
I utilize several methods: cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-oriented therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, specialized training for treating anxiety and trauma, and maindfulness training.

Izabela is a fantastic goals oriented counselor. In our first session, we set a list of goals and discussed my primary reason for coming to therapy. In each session, she makes time to address anything that is bothering you or that you need to discuss, and she also always had a list of helpful tools and exercises available.
