About me
You may have learned early in life that acceptance may depend upon hiding parts of who you are. You may be carrying anxiety that masquerades as over-preparation, ADHD that got mislabeled as lazy, or a trauma you've never quite had the right words for. Maybe you're at a crossroads: a divorce, a career shift, an identity you've kept quiet about, or a sense that the life you've built doesn't fit who you actually are. If you've ever had to choose between belonging and being yourself, you're not alone. Healing isn't always linear, but it is possible. I've spent over 27 years helping adults find it.
I'm a PhD-level Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training in trauma, ADHD, autism, military/veteran mental health, and clinical supervision. Whether you are questioning, exploring, healing, grieving, rebuilding, or simply longing to feel more fully yourself, you are welcome here. You do not have to walk the journey alone.
Many of my clients come to therapy carrying questions such as: "How do I heal from family rejection? How do I stop feeling guilty for who I am? Will I ever feel like I belong?" My role is to help you understand those wounds, heal them, and move forward. If any of this resonates, please reach out. I offer telehealth therapy throughout MI and PA.
