Jacqueline is an incredible therapist. She creates a safe, comfortable space to share and asks great questions to help me work through challenges I’m facing. She provides great insights and advice as well, while encouraging me to explore what I’m thinking and feeling. In the relatively short time I’ve been working with her I’ve grown so much more confident and comfortable with my feelings and needs, and speaking up about them with people in my life in a healthy way. Each week I walk away with new ideas and strategies to use in my everyday life and in the relationships that are most important to me.

When I first started BetterHelp, I was in a really dark headspace. It’s hard for me to be open with people, but I knew I needed to do this for me, and to get better. After two sessions with Jacqueline I started to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I was finding joy in little things again.

Highly recommend Jacqueline! She’s very welcoming and warm, and you feel safe with her.

I was skeptical about how online therapy would go, but overall I am very pleased and happy I signed up.
