Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for James Barrett. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I have not been working with James for very long, but he is already providing clarity for the directions I want to move in life. Within a handful of sessions James had an understanding of the issues in my life, some insights as to why that may be the case, and ideas for how to move forward.

James is the first therapist I’ve ever dealt with that I can open up to and have an unbiased opinion on whatever I’m going through in life & tells me how it is, not a lot of people let alone therapists are like that.. That’s very much appreciated. 12/10 would recommend!!
