Very friendly and understanding of the situations I talk about. Gives helpful advice and provides helpful worksheets with tips on how to work on your anxiety and overcoming overthinking habits.

He has been great so far but we have only had 2 sessions. However, I do feel that he actually tries to understand and get to the bottom of what’s bothering you and the root causes along with actually trying to understand who you are as a person and where you come from.

Jim is a good listener. I am only now learning how to best use my therapy. I should journal more often and need to ask for exercises/ worksheets more oftrn. You get out of it what you put into it.

Jim is a very understanding and patient counselor. He has been a tremendous help to me with dealing with the issues of life and Asperger's. I really value his help and would recommend him to anyone looking for a counselor.

Jim is a fantastic therapist. He's supportive, a great listener, kind and patient. He and I made great progress in only a few sessions, and I'm still making progress afterwards because of his guidance and advice. I highly recommend him as a therapist.
