James is the one therapist who gets me. The one who understands me, and therefore holds me accountable. I appreciate having that in my life!

Extremely emphatic and caring.

You're in good hands with James. He creates a space where you can be you, and using psychodynamics identifies where your emotional system picked up a glitch. Helps identify the glitch, and often naming it is enough to take its power away.

He also does this cool thing called his job, and he's pretty good at it ?
