James is a truly stand up guy who greatly values both my time and my concerns. He's extremely helpful in helping me navigate the minefield of negative thoughts that have been pervasivly living in my head. I came to better help expecting to have to go through multiple therapists to find one that would work well with me but when I landed on James and after our first session that expectation proved that it wasn't needed. James is a terrific human being through and through and I wouldn't be who I am today without him.

Jim has been outstanding so far! Just had my third session with him and I’m really thankful I found him. He is supportive, empathetic, kind and you can tell he really cares. One of the things that I find helpful is that he just doesn’t agree with you but gives you practical steps to take and challenges you to find ways to understand who you are. He is helping me through one of the toughest valleys of my life. I truly appreciate how responsive he is as well. It’s not just the sessions but him taking time out of his day to send messages of encouragement and check on me. I’m a Christian and he has been supportive in my beliefs along the way and has been a blessing in my eyes so far. I look forward to continuing our sessions and see how he can help me through all of my struggles. Keep doing Gods work Jim!

BetterHelp is a literal life saver! I was pushed here over an event that greatly upset me and buried my confidence and self respect. And when I had prayed to God to send some sort of answer, he gave me the website, and this service gave me James Beaulieu! This man is a GENIUS! In not just the advice, but the way he talks to me inspires me to dig deep into my issues stemming from Childhood.
The Service itself has also been so great in working with me financially - with the economy the way it is, and the timing when I sought help, they have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I have access to the help I need so I don't hinder my progress and growth!
As an Indie Filmmaker/Writer, you can bet that the lessons I am learning are being applied to help others, and I'll be taking the GOOD WORD and PRAISE of BetterHelp and Mr. Beaulieu with me!
Thanks for everything, guys! I think I'll stay a while! :)

James is super kind and helpful. He is honest and respectful. Never had a therapist that I’ve felt this comfortable with. I don’t feel judge and he reminds me that we are humans and we make mistakes and that I shouldn’t be so hard on myself… and this is all only in one session. Can’t wait wait to see the results of working with him
