Ive only had a few sessions with James but on our first session we talked over my fears for my driving test and did a hypnotherapy session covering the anxiety. Safe to say my anxiety was much better on the day of the test and I passed. Would recommend.

I have only had a few sessions with James so far, but they’ve been incredible. Our first session he told me he specializes in hypnotherapy among other disciplines- I was skeptical at first but I did a session and I’ve felt the best I have in months, maybe a a few years, in regards to my anxiety. I have had some negative health anxiety, among other concerns, and he’s great at asking me questions, as well as giving advice and sending reading materials. Thank you James!

I've done therapy before with other therapists. I would give them good reviews because they were nice not because they were good at their jobs. James is highly competent and effective at his job and also a nice person too . Highly recommended.
