James Vanstone has been so wonderful in our sessions, he really takes the time to understand my thoughts and worries and always tries to provide helpful resources to help me overcome my troubles. As a Christian myself he has also given wonderful advice through scripture and prayer.

I've only just started working with James, but he's already helped me greatly to become more present and enjoy the moment... something I've struggled to do due to built up anxiety and past trauma. I just came back from a holiday that felt like the first "real" holiday I've managed to have in years! Would greatly recommend James to anyone looking to make positive changes in their lives.

So far, I've had two sessions with James, but in just those two sessions, I made more progress than in the past two years. James is the guide on this journey who keeps me on track, and should I get stuck, he shows me a way, simply because he knows that there is more than just one path to the mountain top.
