Jim is a very friendly and, most importantly, honest therapist who was able to pull me out of a rough spot in only a few sessions. His approach really resonated with me and set me on a positive course for dealing with my ADHD, which was also affecting my anxiety and depression in ways I didn't understand until speaking with Jim. He gave me the push I needed to address my ADHD issues and take control of my life, and I don't think I could have done it without him. Thank you Jim!

I have worked with several therapists for the course of the last couple of years. While others had been treating symptoms of my core issues, Jim was the first to engage with me in a holistic way. He is no nonsense but sensitive to my fears even when I put up obstacles to avoid engaging. I cannot express how important he has been to assisting me in acknowledging my own ADHD without reducing me just to a diagnosis. He has helped me realize that I am enough as is and believe in myself in ways I don't ever remember being able to in my 40 years on this Earth.

James is patient and very approachable. I never feel judged and I enjoy his different ways of explaining a concept when I'm feeling stuck about something. I appreciate that he cites his sources and suggests extra materials for reading/viewing. Above all, I really appreciate that he does not pressure me. He simply presents and I always feel that I have the choice, the agency to make the decision for myself. He is also very accommodating regarding scheduling, is timely, and is always prepared for the session.

Jim has been a godsend.
It feels like the stars aligned because he is proficient in dealing with all of the issues I have, and is able to give me insightful responses and ideas on how to deal with any given situation, in a way that is tailored to my personality and thought process.
He has taught me how to identify my issues and how to deal with them in a judgement-free way, and taught me not to be so hard on myself.
We've only been at it for a few months now, but I have made an incredible amount of progress in this short amount of time in regards to understanding myself. I still have a long way to go, but Jim has given me a fresh perspective on things that makes me excited to start my days.

James is truly amazing! He knows and understands what I’m dealing with along with helping me understand it along with the why’s and how’s of the issues. He then also gives me ways to make them better. Best part is he calls me out on my crap and doesn’t let me use “princess” answers. He also helps me with ideas of different things such as ways to make things happen but he always ties them back in to what I’m working on. He is so knowledgeable and open it makes talking to him easy!
