About me

Thank you for being here and especially having a look at my profile.

After all you have taken the first step in reducing the stigma about “…asking for help.”

I’m an independent mental health practitioner in the State of Nebraska and nationally certified counselor.

For over three years I have been engaged in the mental health sector.

My experience ranges from Pk-12 school counseling to clinical work with adults and couples at various points of life.

I take a narrative approach to therapeutic work and seek to meet you where you are.

If you desire to share your story, make edits or highlight experiences, I would more than welcome the opportunity to connect.

Ultimately, I seek to walk with you as you reach your desired destination(s) on your therapeutic journey.

Jameson is respectful and responsive. I feel I have a teammate/coach/support in what I’m going through. I feel he always listens with intent and truly hears what I’m saying. He responds in a way that is both meaningful and helpful. I am thankful I engaged in Better Help because it’s been an incredible support to me at this time.
