Jami is my favorite therapist I've had in a while, she listens well and challenges me fairly. I appreciate her advice and always can count on her to ground me with helpful insight.

Jami is a great therapist. She meets you where you are and works to understand why you feel the way you do. She takes what you say and doesn't try to make it fit a profile, she just takes it all and works on everything piece by piece. I've had previous therapists that almost picked and chose what snippets of what I said to focus on and I felt that the true issues got buried, Jami does a great job of seeing the overall picture along with the pieces. She makes me feel comfortable talking about uncomfortable things

She's kind understanding and open. I felt that I could confide in her from the first. She also challenges my thinking to help me process things differently and better
