Working with Jamie has been so helpful! If I forget to schedule appointments or forget to write, even for a week, I notice the difference. She has really helped just by letting me ramble and helping steer me in a better direction. My cognitive distortions are much easier to catch now and I feel more in control of my feelings and my happiness. Thanks Jamie!

Jamie is extremely professional. She listens very well, and responds well to me. I was very scared about counseling and she took that fear away from me. I would recommend her at any time, to anyone.

Jamie has become a friend for me in a time of severe depression, grieving, and solitude. As an introvert, being able to express myself and be accepted through writing has been incredibly helpful to me. She encourages me to keep writing in order to process my thoughts clearly and concisely. I appreciate her very much for picking up on those clues in very few communications.
