She is extremely patient with me and always has great advise. She is committed to getting to the root of where my current issues are coming from and I’m not afraid to tell her exactly how I’m feeling.

Working with Jamie has been so helpful! If I forget to schedule appointments or forget to write, even for a week, I notice the difference. She has really helped just by letting me ramble and helping steer me in a better direction. My cognitive distortions are much easier to catch now and I feel more in control of my feelings and my happiness. Thanks Jamie!

Jamie is extremely professional. She listens very well, and responds well to me. I was very scared about counseling and she took that fear away from me. I would recommend her at any time, to anyone.

Jamie is an amazing counselor and has given me so much insight on how I can help myself during hard times. She is always responsive and pays attention to the small details in the conversation you are having. I had a great experience having her as my counselor.

Jamie is sweet and easygoing. I felt comfortable and calm talking to her in our video session and I felt heard. Jamie seems like the type of person you can tell anything to without feeling judged. She helped me incorporate simple solutions and fun grounding techniques into my daily routine which have helped me get out of my head.

Jamie has become a friend for me in a time of severe depression, grieving, and solitude. As an introvert, being able to express myself and be accepted through writing has been incredibly helpful to me. She encourages me to keep writing in order to process my thoughts clearly and concisely. I appreciate her very much for picking up on those clues in very few communications.
