I am a licensed clinical social worker providing trauma-informed therapy services. I provide a safe and inviting presence that allows clients to work through a wide range of issues including with grief, depression, anxiety, anger, stress, relationship issues, and struggles with identify and self-esteem. Together we will focus on your natural strengths and interests to help you to cope and feel better. I very much understand the importance of building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship in order for clients to feel comfortable opening up and truly working toward their goals.
I received my Master's in Social Work degree from the University of Denver and have over 8 years of experience providing therapy services and support to individuals of all ages. My background includes work in community mental health, grief and loss centers, private practice, and hospice care.
I provide an eclectic approach to therapy that is tailored to meet the needs of each individual client- whether you are looking for traditional talk therapy or creative hands-on ideas for expressing yourself. While my specialty is grief and loss, I have also received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are at in your journey and support you in finding the movement and hope needed to feel happy with yourself and your life.

Jamie is sweet and easygoing. I felt comfortable and calm talking to her in our video session and I felt heard. Jamie seems like the type of person you can tell anything to without feeling judged. She helped me incorporate simple solutions and fun grounding techniques into my daily routine which have helped me get out of my head.
I like Jamie, she has been able to help me think of my life and the things that are important to me in a way that has been supportive and unique to my thinking.
Jamie is responsive and attentive. I feel comfortable being open and honest with her and never feel judged.
I let my guard down the very first session and I am so grateful I did. Jamie doesn’t judge and really seems to care. I am so happy Jamie was matched as my therapist.
Jamie has become a friend for me in a time of severe depression, grieving, and solitude. As an introvert, being able to express myself and be accepted through writing has been incredibly helpful to me. She encourages me to keep writing in order to process my thoughts clearly and concisely. I appreciate her very much for picking up on those clues in very few communications.
She is easy to talk to.. very nice and compassionate.
She has been wonderful.
