About me
Love is to been seen and heard, trauma is the opposite. I graduated in Counseling from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University in Irvine, California. I have lived, worked and volunteered internationally and in the western U.S. giving me a strong multicultural competence. I've worked as a therapist in school settings and private practice. I utilize a bio-psycho-social-spiritual model in my approaches. My passion is to help people in any way I can using evidence-based practices for clients who truly seek transformation from the inside out.
I'm interested in how emotional abuse or neglect have impacted my client's current state. If you have had a negative experience with another therapist, family member(s) or the church, I'd would like the privilege to earn your trust and help you get to the root of your struggle. I specialize in identifying and treating victims of narcissistic abuse.
I provide feedback, homework, and specialized evidence based interventions that promote growth and positive change. I offer in person & telehealth meetings in the state of PA and mental health coaching anywhere you're at.
