Kind, funny, great listener, and provides great solutions that works with my needa

In my very first therapy session, I noticed that I was incorrectly applying what I viewed as a sense of “strong self-awareness” in a way of thinking that I knew how to lead the conversation, but Jan allowed space for me to redirect it back to the actual professional. She has allowed me to be raw and honest while gently reassuring that some aspects in my life needed shifting. In today’s session, she ended with telling me she was proud of me and that truly was something I needed to hear. Jan is kind and felt like someone I’ve known for a long time from our first meeting. Thank you for your gentle care and guidance, Jan!

I was skeptical about therapy in general, but Jan made me a believer. She is incredibly kind and patient and helpful. No matter how YOU look at something, she can help you look at it differently if that’s what needs to happen. She is a calming presence in my life- and you can tell that she really cares about her patients.
