Janet Rodriguez, LCPC
About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and the complex emotions that arise during major life changes. My practice centers on helping people build self-esteem, discover their life purpose, and develop meaningful communication skills.
I have a particular passion for supporting people through divorce, separation, and other significant life transitions. I'm also experienced in addressing social anxiety, isolation, and loneliness—helping clients reconnect with themselves and others in authentic ways.
My approach is grounded in cultural responsiveness and a deep respect for each person's values, faith, and identity. I believe in meeting you where you are, with warmth and genuine care. Whether you're working through relationship challenges, seeking greater self-love, or navigating a major life shift, I'm here to support your journey with compassion and understanding.
I'm fluent in English and Spanish, which allows me to serve a broader community with greater ease and cultural connection.
