Janice is wonderful. One of the things I appreciate from her and that I haven’t seen before in any other therapists I’ve seen. Is she checks on me in the middle of the week. She responds very quickly, and I can’t tell that she listens to me when I message her. Because she she usually asks questions or comments on what I’m saying rather than no respond at all which I’ve had other therapists do as well

I've been working with Janice for a while now, and I can honestly say it's been life-changing. She create a safe space where I feel heard, supported, and never judged. Even on days when I don’t have the words for what I’m feeling, she help me sort through the mess and make sense of things. I’ve learned so much about myself through our sessions, and I always leave feeling a little lighter and more grounded. Highly recommend to anyone needing a compassionate, down-to-earth therapist.

She’s great at listening and finding ways to think outside my own box I’ve created for myself.
