Hello, I am a licensed therapist in Arkansas with over 20 years of mental health experience. I work with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms and concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, life adjustments. trauma concerns, self esteem, and feelings of guilt or shame. I have worked with individuals of all ages, from children to seniors.

My therapy style is focused on you. I want to be the support you need and deserve. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, strength based approach, acceptance and commitment and cognitive processing therapy, and person centered approach. I will tailor your plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
