Dr. Jay Goodman has been an exceptional therapist. He has been open, supportive, and willing to walk alongside me through some of the most difficult parts of my life. His insight, patience, and genuine compassion have helped me grow in ways I didn't expect. He is open-minded, thoughtful, and creates a space where I always feel heard and understood. I'm incredibly grateful for his guidance and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a therapist who truly cares.

I have been with Dr Jay Goodman for only a few sessions however, I feel the positive impact of those sessions. He always leaves me with a question or two to ponder throughout the week. It is always helpful and direct to the point.
Dr Jay is kind and understanding; and listens with authentic compassion.
