I am a humanistic and existentialist therapist specializing in helping families, LGBTQ+ identified people, and teens & young adults. I love to help people find their own meaning and get grounded so that they can face the challenges of daily life. I can help with grief work, family conflict, social justice and generalized anxiety, among others.
I am an LGBTQ+ identified person, lifelong New Yorker, and a strong believer in community and restorative justice practices.
