Clients in my practice generally focus on restoring their mental and or physical health barriers I specialize in solution focused therapy, cognitive behavior therapy and holistic health care I typically work with adults of any culture My goal is to help individuals find peace in their daily lives, acceptance in the choices they make and too develop tools to manage daily stress My counseling style is pretty laid back. I have been described as supportive, caring, and compassionate, with a pretty good sense of humor (only said by me lol) . I like to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you to maximize them to overcome your obstacles. I'm here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now, and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment. You have taken the first and most important step by reaching out for help.

I have 25 plus years as a clinical social l working with a multitude of ages and cultures but more importantly my experience as mother of a child with mental health challenges has lead me to focus on helping people navigate the health care system to find the resources they need.
