Hello, I am glad you are here. If this is your first time in therapy, this may feel overwhelming and scary to walk into. I want to let you know that I am glad that you are advocating for you and taking care of you.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe in the power in having a safe place to figure things out with someone who feels safe for you. Whatever hurdles you feel like are standing in your way right now, we can jump over them together at the pace you'd like.
I am here to hold whatever you would like me to, so that you are getting what you want out of therapy. I want to help you feel supported and heard through warmth and compassion.
My approach emphasizes self-care and self-compassion, connected and healthy relationships, and processing things through to increase your self-awareness. I have extensive experience in working with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, and self-esteem and confidence.
A little about me ~ I received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Masters Degree in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton. I am passionate about working with children and families from an attachment perspective. Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my family and dog. I also love all things cooking, eating, and recipe-trying!
I look forward to talking with you.

Jennifer is so lovely. She is kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I particularly appreciate the times when she sympathizes and is able to reply empathetically, ensuring me that I'm not alone in the daunting expanse I call my mind. She is responsive, understanding, accommodating, and, for my first time in therapy, a really wonderful fit. I was so hesitant to begin therapy, and Jennifer has made it such a safe space that I'm no longer scared to enter.
She is very knowledgable, but also filled with heart. I believe knowledge will only help someone if the person sharing that knowledge or advice is coming from a place of compassion. Jennifer is that person for me, and would recommend her to anyone looking to experience help in the same way.
Jennifer has been the best asset in helping me understand myself. She is attentive, kind, and is really focused on creating a personalized space for me to grow and work on myself. I have felt very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with her.
She has alleviated a lot of my anxieties.
This is my first time trying a form of therapy, and needless to say Jennifer made the experience painless for me. Jennifer is attentive, considerate and sympathetic. I felt incredibly comfortable talking to her over something that I never thought would get better. And though we spoke briefly, Jennifer gave me the opportunity to feel like myself again. Outstanding woman. Kind regards.
Jennifer is a compassionate, wise, and empowering counselor. She responds with kindness and respect, and I feel our sessions have truly helped. It’s wonderful to know that you can articulate your thoughts in such a safe place, and then feel guided toward your most empowered choices. I recommend her highly.
Jennifer is extremely caring and responsive. She saved me!
