In a period where I felt everything was falling apart for me, Ms Dalton provided me with a safe space to express my biggest fears and concerns whilst using her expertise to help me overcome them. She was fully professional, kind, polite, punctual, and available, which allowed me trust her even more and take advantage of my time with her. I really felt she cared about me and my overall wellbeing which is something I'm extremely grateful for.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her, and even thanks to her, I have recommended the BetterHelp platform to my friends.

Jennifer Dalton is an excellent counselor! Shes very comfortable with asking the uncomfortable stuff and has a way of getting the point across without making you feel pressured to act now or attacked that you haven’t done enough already. She’s ready with real life suggestions, guidance and stories of circumstances of her own that make her a real, relatable and compassionate person and not just some robot regurgitating an algorithm.

Jennifer is awesome! She listens and asks the hard questions that make me think. The determination she posses to get to the root of the problem is amazing. Altering finding the root of the problem, we work on ways to deal with that certain issue. I always look forward to therapy each week.

My mental health has changed for the better because Jennifer has helped me navigate my daily life.
