About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I hold a MA in Community Counseling from Argosy University in Atlanta, Georgia, and a BA in Psychology from Montclair State University in New Jersey. I have been serving in the psychiatric field for over 18 years. As a mental health clinician, I provide professional counseling services and tools to assist clients, experiencing emotional and mental health challenges, on ways to rebuild their lives. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, insecurity, low self-esteem and family issues. I have also worked with residential and outpatient clients. I am also a Licensed Minister, and for clients who are interested, I have a strong passion for incorporating spirituality and Christian counseling in treating emotional and mental health challenges.
My counseling style is one of acceptance, encouragement, and interaction. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focus and narrative counseling. I will taylor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I want to encourage you by letting you know You Matter! You are already resilient! And the Best is yet to Come! I look forward to working with you!

I have met with Mrs. Fraser twice and she was very kind and professional. My father just passed. I'm navigating my new life without him and need help emotionally. I signed up for this service because I knew his time on earth was coming to an end. I hope in the months to come I can have accountability for self-care and gain insight on how to process the loss. So far Mrs. Fraser seems qualified to do a great job. I look forward to working with her.
