Jen has responded to what I wanted out of therapy, putting together plans and homework so that I can progress through my issues quickly and in a quality manner.
But she really shines through her ability to lIsten the right amount and offer constructive, insightful feedback that resonates and provides value and support to my goals.
I would highly recommend Jen to anyone who wants to work at their issues as a experienced, qualified guide and counselor. It's only been a few sessions but she inspires and deserves my confidence.

It's hard to put into a little blurb how impactful working with Jennifer has been on my life and just how highly I think of her as a person. I have been seeing Jenn for about ~2 years, and was connected with her at a very difficult time in my life, where I was a new mom struggling with anxiety. She not only gave me the tools to help combat the acute issues I had during that time but has continued to help me long term on a variety of fronts such as increasing confidence, working on people pleasing, relationship/work challenges, and she has helped me to reframe some of my negative thought processes and to recognize the importance of allowing oneself grace in all aspects of life and the permission to slow down. She is kind, intelligent, thoughtful and caring. She has meant so much to me and I highly recommend her to anyone!
