Jennifer makes the sessions very comfortable and is easy to talk with. Especially for someone like myself who does not like talking about themselves and how they feel.

Great
Written on Mar 04, 2024 after therapy with Jennifer for 3 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, intimacy-related issues, parenting issues, anger management, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, coaching, compassion fatigue, and adhd
Jennifer is very professional and obviously very experienced. She not only understands my struggles and issues but also my mindset which is hindering my ability to overcome my depression and move forward with a positive attitude. She doesn't just say you should do this or that, but rather thinks with me and thinks with me (such as how about doing this? or have you tried this) which in turn shed more light into the situation and what I can do to overcome things. She shares similar experiences and material that open my eyes and give me confidence that I can move forward and beat my depression. Also, she is very flexible in timings and communication channels, but always there responding promptly, sympathetically, and with ideas and suggestions that work well. I am so happy she is my therapist and will recommend her anytime.
