I am a licensed professional counselor with a master's degree in clinical mental health with experience in working with a multitude of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting, and couples counseling. I also have extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) which has been a useful tool in helping others not only cope with current concerns, but assist them in coping with future endeavors.
I believe in creating a strong, trusting, therapeutic environment where people feel comfortable, motivated, and not judged. I use solution-focused techniques to assist in reaching goals and CBT techniques to help with concerns such as negative thought patterns. Every person is different and you will have your own individualized therapy and plan that tailors to your needs.
I really enjoy helping others explore their own strengths and I understand that sometimes it can be hard to put things into perspective. Sometimes that outside and non-judgmental assistance is what someone needs to get back on track or on a better track. You can do it!

Jennifer is a wonderful and knowledgeable therapist. I’ve grown a lot during my time with her and have more days where I feel like there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. I wish I had met her decades ago.
I've been working on myself with Jennifer's help for a year now.
It's my first go-around with the therapy/counseling thing, and I can't express enough how supportive she's been throughout the experience.
She helps tune in to what's on my mind or troubling me, and she helps me figure out what to do about it.
It's a work in progress on my end, but I would absolutely recommend this woman to anyone who just needs some support, or an open ear with a mountain of suggestions behind her to help make your day a little better.

Jennifer has not only helped me work through trauma that has affected my day to day life and demeanor for years, but has given me the tools to feel confident moving forward myself. My struggle with intrusive thoughts stemming from trauma had taken over my life, but I feel like I have returned to myself and can successfully cope with the thoughts when they do come my way. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a personable, professional, and knowledgeable counselor who will really listen to your concerns and help give you the power to take your life back.

Jen has extremely high emotional intelligence and is able to help me see what is really going on in my life. She has given me so many tools to help me cope with everything from traumatic situations to just improving day to day conversations and interactions. I would highly recommend her.
Oh goodness! If there were words for how much Jennifer has really seen me, gotten to the root of me with such compassion, empathy, and understanding, and genuinely helped me in ways I’m already starting to notice in my life, I would say them here. But I’m not sure there are words that can adequately capture or express what she has done for me. Yet, I will leave more anyway. She is a such a caring and compassionate soul with a true gift for helping people - you would be lucky to have her come into your life.
Jennifer is a great counselor. She has helped me get through some difficult situations and has given me skills to deal with anxiety and depression and situations in my life.
Jennifer has been a wonderful help to me. I was sexually harassed and I had a hard time coping. She has helped me develop a positive way of thinking and I also know how to control my emotions much better. I feel like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders.
Jen is really a perfect therapist for me. She’s kind, understanding and great at listening. She also keeps me focused on my goals and offers a variety of ways for healing. I appreciate that she also likes holistic approaches such as yoga, meditation and breathing exercises. While Jen is very knowledgeable and professional, it feels like I’m talking to an old friend. I would recommend everyone to Jen. In fact, all of my friends know about her already. :)

I give Jennifer a 10/10. She’s kind, helpful, and extremely insightful. I’m not the most social person, but I always feel very comfortable talking to Jennifer, even on the video calls. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I’ve been with Jennifer about two weeks now and so far she is doing a great job with everything I ask. She listens and responds in a timely manner and seems to have the answer to every question I have. So yea I would recommend Jennifer to my friends and associates.
She always listens and is available. I feel very comfortable with her and so much more comfortable than I thought with video visits. She checks on my in between visits and is available by chat. Couldn’t be better!

Jennifer helped me so much!!! I went to her because I was dealing with severe anxiety and insecurities. What I loved most about her is that she gave me actual tools that I could use on my own to help me overcome my anxiety. Jennifers tools and counseling work, but it was up to me to do the actual work and really take the time to practice them. She is so sweet, and has a really beautiful heart that could make anybody feel totally comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend!!
I really love working with Jennifer! She makes me feel really comfortable, does a great job of encouraging me, and she also gives me new tools and ideas to improve my mental health symptoms. She's pushed me to take more responsibility yet also be kind and compassionate toward myself on my journey. :)
