Asking for help can be one of the hardest decisions that a person experiences. It can make you feel vulnerable, and this can be scary. I want you to know that this is YOUR safe place and WE will work to help you feel better and get to a better place mentally and overall. I bring my personality and spunk into the counseling sessions so that the process is extremely beneficial.
Change is hard, but it can be AWESOME when it happens. I want you to know that throughout change comes growth and helping YOU grow is one of the reasons that I chose to be a counselor. I have experience working with many different individuals male and female in the office and also online. I have experience with depression, anxiety, stress management, career issues, relationships, marriage issues, LGBTIQ, abuse from the victims and perpetrator standpoint, addictions (substance use, eating, and gambling), and healthy lifestyle changes.
I utilize real life scenarios and topics to make the change process easier. Using a person centered approach will help YOU to feel like what we are working on is real and not just something out of a textbook. I became a counselor because I know what it feels like to be a client and with this experience, I provide my clients with safety, warmth, compassion, and appropriate techniques to help change to occur.
I look forward to working with you.

I signed up for BetterHelp after a very difficult time in my life. Jennifer from the start showed interest in getting to know me and not the situation that led me to seek help. She understood that my reaction to the situation had more to do more with who I am as a person than the situation itself. She guided me through some major realizations about my strength and power to face difficult situations. She also helped me define my boundaries and stop feeling guilty for protecting my well being. I highly recommend Jennifer.
She is good.
Jennifer is a very attentive professional. I would highly recommend her for your concerns with your healthcare.
Jennifer asks me questions that I believe will give me some insight and answers. She seems very patient and interested in helping me. I feel comfortable with her and think we are a good match.
She's very attentive, and asks a lot of questions that I often find myself avoiding. She can seem confrontational, and that's what I need. She might not be the counselor for everyone, but she is definitely helping me look and go in the right direction to make a change with myself.
My first impression was of someone who is very intelligent and professional. I look forward to talking with Jennifer much more in the future.
She knows exactly whats going on and ask all the right questions trying to get to the answer and plan how to make things better.
Jennifer was there for me during a particularly rough time when I was dealing with high family anxiety and struggling to draw boundaries to protect my own emotional health. She's friendly, quick to reply and very responsive and has helped me tremendously.
Jennifer is very friendly and personal. She doesn't mind getting asked questions and takes the time to get to know who she's helping.
Jennifer is thoughtful. I enjoy talking to her and do not feel she looks down on me. She makes me feel safe enough to be open with her.
Jennifer has always been quick to respond and checks in demonstrating that she is truly interested in her clients. I have had a positive experience with her.
Jennifer is both clear and caring in her counselling approach. She's given me some very sound advice through some very hard times. I'd highly recommend her as a counsellor.
I am very thankful for Jennifer's help and work with me. It was much more than what I could have expected!
Jennifer is very caring and understanding, and she's offered plenty of good, useful counselling in just the short amount of time I've been doing this. I would definitely recommend Jennifer!
Jennifer is a great person.
Jennifer has helped by just listening and helping me to build confidence and work through my complexities. Thank you.
Jennifer Reynolds has helped me so much in about a short amount of time. She replied quickly, and was easy to understand. She has made me think in a way that helps me be positive about myself and others around me. Even if I don't need this counseling anymore I will continue to pay for the sessions because I don't want to lose her counseling for when I seldom need her again. So, thank you for your help. I'm starting to feel better about life.
She shows that she is concerned for her client's welfare. She asks good questions and responds to messages in a timely manner. I have benefited from my therapy with her.
Jennifer is doing a great job asking the questions that need to be asked. She has really made me think about what I am trying to accomplish and will point out the things I need to look at more closely in order to understand my end goals.
Jennifer is very kind and supportive, helps you to talk things through and gain new understandings. Glad I signed up.
Very caring and never gives up on you. I really needed someone like her.
Jennifer has been fantastic. She is really nice and fit perfectly for my personality. I'm independent and not real forthcoming, and Jennifer somehow put me at ease with her right away. I highly recommend this type of counseling if you have the busy type of life as I do but still need help. Jennifer is one I would highly recommend. She's helped a lot in a very short period of time with me.
Jennifer has been a great help for me so far. She is nonjudgmental and has my best interest at heart. She explains things very clearly and has a good sense of humor when it's appropriate. I'm grateful to have her as my counselor!
