Jennifer Stevens has been a great support in my time with her. She often provides suggestions that I may not have thought about before. Reminds me to use my tools and provides positive interactions. She is encouraging when I am able to problem solve on my own and celebrates my accomplishments. Generally, I feel I am someone who needs a strong mental support system and Jennifer has been a great teammate in that field.

I was nervous to start therapy, but Jennifer honestly made me wish I started sooner. She is so attentive and kind, and I have no fear opening up to her. In just a few sessions she has already helped me process and begin a structured path to healing from things that I have spent years dealing with incorrectly. To date I have had 3 video sessions with Jennifer. I have found the therapy very valuable so far. I like that Jennifer clearly hears what I am sharing, asks very relevant probing questions, and we end every session with her sharing a model or approach that I can try out. I take that homework away and practice it and message her how it went. I feel optimistic that in this way I can make some real changes in my relationships which can help me.
