Jennifer is a very supportive and empathetic therapist. She takes the time to understand what you are saying and feeling and is great at giving a broader perspective and way of thinking than my mind can grasp from a traumatic childhood. It helps me become a healthier adult.

I've had only one season with Jennifer. She seems very compassionate and cars about her clients. I look forward to having more sessions. I like how she provides activities to complete to understand our emotions, and better ways to cope with matters.
