About me

I am a master level Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Texas with over 37 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues, and mood disorders. I have also worked with clients who have experienced physical, sexual, and emotional trauma. Should I have trouble getting on the site, it may be loss of electricity, internet, and/or storm.

My therapy style is client-centered, interactive, and supportive. I believe that treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion is essential to successful therapy. I will adapt our dialog and treatment plan to meet your needs. My goal is to create a safe environment so that your healing can progress. I use aspects from a variety of therapy styles including Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Psychotherapy, and Trauma Therapy, so you can have a well-rounded path of healing.
