I am a therapist with 10 years experience and come from a background in nature and art.
I take a gentle but direct approach, sensitive to your pace and I will meet you where you are..
I believe that we all have the potential to live our best life… We sometimes get lost or stuck or feel trapped by beliefs or conditionings.
You may have forgotten what brings you joy? What lights you up.
Sometimes we need a little guidance, to find a way to our true selves or to discover what matters now and how to make new choices to align ourselves with that.
Coming from a Person Centred perspective, I use an integrative approach... creatively tailored to suit individual needs.
On your therapy journey, we will start by exploring your true values, so you can align with what matters to you.
I encourage integrating body and mind on an inner journey towards healing and unfurling towards your 'authentic self'.

From our first session Jenny was kind and gentle and listened to everything I had to say, then reiterated what she heard in writing after our call. She is very supportive of my goals, gently offers alternative ways of viewing situations and affirms the progress I’m making. I’m very glad to have her as my counselor.

Jenny helped me navigate through a period of professional change and see how some past negative experiences contributed to my recent emotional turmoil. Her questions never felt intrusive but nudged my train of thoughts and she had great suggestions on how to mentally reframe some things or gently face them.
I feel a lot better after a month, knowing I can go back and talk to her if I'm confronted to new challenges in the future.

Jenny is the most helpful person, in the therapy industry I have spoken to, and I usually say to myself she is truly sent to me and handpicked by God. She has been the most caring, supportive, and respectful therapist, always making me feel heard, making me feel grounded and accepted in what I have been experiencing and going through.

I’ve been working with Jenny for a few weeks now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. From the very first session, she created an atmosphere that felt safe, welcoming, and free of judgment. She has an incredible ability to listen — not just to what’s being said, but to what’s behind the words — and she always responds with empathy, insight, and genuine care.
What stands out most about Jenny is how thoughtful and intentional she is in her approach. She takes the time to understand my experiences and perspectives, and she helps me make sense of things in a way that feels both compassionate and practical. She’s never pushy, but she gently encourages growth and reflection, which has helped me make meaningful progress in areas I struggled with for a long time.
She’s also deeply respectful — of boundaries, of different viewpoints, and of the pace that feels right for me. At the same time, her warmth and friendliness make each session something I actually look forward to. It’s rare to find someone who can balance professionalism and genuine human connection so naturally, but she does it beautifully.
I’m incredibly grateful for the help and guidance she’s provided. Working with Jenny has been one of the most positive and transformative experiences I’ve had, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who truly cares and knows how to help.

I've only had one session with Jenny so far, but she was fabulous. I love her approach and I feel that she understands me and where i'm coming from. In telling her my situation she was very supportive and I came away feeling that I'd been heard and listened to. I felt better than i had in a long time. I've seen quite a lot of therapists in my many years and Jenny is very skilled and very empathic. I feel lucky to have found her.

I found Jenny to be exactly what I needed. I've done therapy before, and appreciate cutting to the chase and getting suggestions for what "work" might be fruitful. She has clearly been around the block, and gets down to business quickly, which I appreciate.

I've felt comfortable to open up which hasn't come easily in the past with other therapist.
I feel seen and heard as well as making good progress with my mental health with her help!
