Jenny Cleary, NCPS
About me
I am a therapist with a background in nature and art. I take a gentle but direct approach, sensitive to your own pace and place that you show up.
I believe that we all have the potential to live our best life.
Do you feel overwhelmed?
Have you forgotten what brings you joy?
Do you feel there is something ‘more’ within you that you’d like to discover... would you like to trust your intuition more... perhaps say "no" more often to things that don't serve you, or take you towards your goals for growth ?
Sometimes we all need a little guidance or need to feel we have a safe connection to another, so we are not alone in the journey.
I will endeavour to be that person for you.
Coming from a Person Centred perspective, I use an integrative approach... creatively tailored to suit individual needs.
I encourage integrating body and mind on an inner journey towards healing and unfurling towards an authentic self.
To be ‘at home’ within oneself.

Jenny Cleary offers very practical and elaborate advice which can be implemented immediately. She is very careful about the pace of the changes introduced and their sustainability. I liked talking to Jenny and would recommend her to my family and friends.

I would highly recommend Jenny, it has only been my 2nd session with her and already I’m feeling comfortable and supported. She is a great listener and has the perfect balance between being a listener and being direct. My favourite thing about jenny is that she always offers me great tools to deal with my worries and helps me understand myself better!

I've only had one session with Jenny so far, but she was fabulous. I love her approach and I feel that she understands me and where i'm coming from. In telling her my situation she was very supportive and I came away feeling that I'd been heard and listened to. I felt better than i had in a long time. I've seen quite a lot of therapists in my many years and Jenny is very skilled and very empathic. I feel lucky to have found her.

I found Jenny to be exactly what I needed. I've done therapy before, and appreciate cutting to the chase and getting suggestions for what "work" might be fruitful. She has clearly been around the block, and gets down to business quickly, which I appreciate.

I highly recommend Jenny!
She is a great listener and has a gentle approach to therapy.
I've felt comfortable to open up which hasn't come easily in the past with other therapist.
I feel seen and heard as well as making good progress with my mental health with her help!
