About me

I am a therapist with 10 years experience and come from a background in nature and art.
I take a gentle but direct approach, sensitive to your pace and I will meet you where you are..
I believe that we all have the potential to live our best life… We sometimes get lost or stuck or feel trapped by beliefs or conditionings.

You may have forgotten what brings you joy? What lights you up.

Sometimes we need a little guidance, to find a way to our true selves or to discover what matters now and how to make new choices to align ourselves with that.

Coming from a Person Centred perspective, I use an integrative approach... creatively tailored to suit individual needs.
On your therapy journey, we will start by exploring your true values, so you can align with what matters to you.

I encourage integrating body and mind on an inner journey towards healing and unfurling towards your 'authentic self'.

To be ‘at home’ within oneself.

From our first session Jenny was kind and gentle and listened to everything I had to say, then reiterated what she heard in writing after our call. She is very supportive of my goals, gently offers alternative ways of viewing situations and affirms the progress I’m making. I’m very glad to have her as my counselor.

Jenny is very understanding and thoughtful and ready to help listen, offer practical advice when needed, resources, and reflection. The perfect combination for me. My first time in therapy and it's been a very positive experience so far :)

Jenny’s great! Two sessions and I’m already actively trying to put into practice all the methods we’ve discussed. She’s direct, attentive and ever so helpful!

Jenny helped me navigate through a period of professional change and see how some past negative experiences contributed to my recent emotional turmoil. Her questions never felt intrusive but nudged my train of thoughts and she had great suggestions on how to mentally reframe some things or gently face them.
I feel a lot better after a month, knowing I can go back and talk to her if I'm confronted to new challenges in the future.

Jenny is just great. She really understood my problems right from the start. Her regular messages have really helped me as I can read them many times. I am starting to feel better and looking forward to my next session!
