About me

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, or major life transitions, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can explore challenges, gain insight, and move toward lasting emotional healing and stronger relationships.

I specialize in helping clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, and stress. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and family systems therapy, I help clients understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck and develop practical tools for meaningful change.
I am particularly passionate about working with couples and families who want to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and restore connection. I also provide faith-integrated counseling for clients who wish to incorporate spiritual values into their healing journey.

I am amazed how easy it was to trust Dr Jesse. He remembers what we talk about and doesn’t judge me for forgetting. I like that he gives me activities to work on during the week. So far, his help has been extremely positive and encouraging.
