Rev. Conti has opened my eyes to a new life of happiness. I’m a work in progress and always will be, but with Rev. Conti’s help, I have understood more about myself and how to emotionally cope with things better than I ever have before. She has helped me and is very knowledgeable on issues with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, body wellness, body image and being kind to ourselves. She’s just the best of the best and I’m so thankful for her guidance!

Well, I'm not one for reviews, but honestly, I have yet to have anyone actually take the time to actively listen and care to thoughtfully reply here consistently prior to my current counselor. I went thru several counselors as u can see here, and i had already canceled talkspace before this...I never told my counselor about it but i was actually going to delete betterhelp like I did talkspace before I selected her when switching counselors. What a difference someone who cares and actually does their job can make! My goodness... like, I'm leaving an abusive situation and moving in.. to my own place safely as a result of her help right packing, as I type this message so yall caught me at a good time. Lol.

I feel like prior to this, others had just Let me slip thru the cracks so to speak, i suppose... She's always sending me valuable worksheets, videos and literature that apply to exactly what's going on, and what we spoke about... thats def letting me know she understood what I said by actually HELPING ME sort it out myself in my own mind, giving me the tools to realize things myself instead of this cycle the other counselor had me on of just letting me vent, advising me and then not replying or caring to help me figure things out, the other counselors were not helping me find the tools to move thru it at all like this one does.
Rev.Conti responds quickly most of the time (absolutely within reason, I give her a 5/5 on response time because she's a human and I can't even reply as fast as she can most times. Haha) She helps whenever she can.. she seems to be very honest with me, even if its something thats not easy to hear about myself or my situation... its kind, well placed, and constructive from her. Non threatening.. good energy. Good intentions. There is always seems to be a valuable take away from sessions with her. Gotta tell y'all...with other counselors i did not feel seen, heard or understood.

I'm seen now.
