Jessica has been great just letting me get what I need off my chest and being able to add some extra input or questions that I need to look at for me and just me. Things to reflect on or consider between each appointment. It’s so nice to have a place to do this and a person on the other end with the knowledge and skills to help.

Jessica is a good listener and she is very flexible. She quickly assesses what I need conversation wise and gives it. I feel safe and not judged, and heard all the time. I’m grateful for her and the points of reflection she’s given me.

Jessica is very easy to talk to and she talks back to you like you are a real person. She takes her time to understand what you are saying when you are having a hard time explain thoughts feelings or things that happen. She gives you time to become comfortable talking about things when you are not ready yet. She is simply amazing.

Jessica if needed will give me the space to word vomit if I have to. She also has given me somethings to work through and guides me when I get stuck. I really like that we still had a session even though we had to change it from a video call to a phone call with my work schedule being such a mess. I feel like she really cares about me and takes my time constraints into account!
