About Me

Throughout the 35 years of being present with people working in my office I have fostered a style of weaving together an approach of mindfulness, CBT /DBT skills training, and psychodynamic techniques to assist my clients in gaining a multi-level healing experience. I value the power of unconditional positive regard for each person's own unique journey and support the acquisition of new skills in gaining mastery to address such issues as as depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, as well as navigating the complexities of relationships.
I am at once compassionate and passionate about assisting others in the spirit of seeking a healthy, mindful sense of grace for living in this complicated world of ours. Choosing to working with me you will get a mature, stable, committed, and ethically sound professional who is dedicated to reducing suffering and increasing confidence to address personal issues.

I was concerned that I would struggle to find a therapist that understood my situation and the challenges that I have faced and new challenges ahead. Jessica has so far made me feel validated and understood. I do not feel that I have to fully explain my thought process surrounding my feelings as she has a clear understanding of the personality types that have been causing me harm. She is providing me with a safe space to reflect, grow and overcome.

I have only had 2 sessions with Jessica, but from the first one I was impressed with her professionalism and her kind manner. She listens and responds in thoughtful helpful ways and I feel that she is the right therapist for me. I'm actually surprised as I really didn't know how this online therapy would work. But it's definitely as good as going to someone in person. And the quality is high.
